4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policy stated in your agreement.
• Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics) may affect service delivery — we will work with clients to reschedule or adjust services wherever possible.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details, schedules, and venue permissions.
• Ensure timely communication and approvals to avoid project delays.
• Obtain any required local permissions (venue, sound, fire, etc.) unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Dhanraj Decorators’ Responsibilities

• Deliver services as agreed in writing, ensuring quality and professionalism.
• Use reasonable care, skill, and diligence during event planning and execution.
• Maintain communication with clients and vendors throughout the process.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we take every measure to ensure successful events, Dhanraj Decorators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as emotional distress, loss of profit, or reputational damage).
• Delays or issues caused by third-party vendors or external circumstances beyond our control.
• Any personal injury, loss, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.

8. Intellectual Property
